Montreal artist Karine Giboulo exhibition introduces viewers to bold and colorful sculptures that commented on the ‘hyper’ society that we live in today, a time of global extremes and excesses. Giboulo uses the contained, miniature format of the diorama to illuminate big topics such as Chinese factories, Haitian slums, and the life cycle of electronic products as well as the collateral damage borne by the global underclass. Karine's work is  part of collections such as the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, the Montreal Museum of Fine Art, the Bibliothèque et Archives Nationales du Québec and the RBC collection.
